What food is provided if I don't bring my own?
Hill's Science Diet Sensitive Stomach & Skin is used to help make the sudden food switch as easy as possible
Do you board other animals?
Only dogs and cats are accepted at this time.
Can I pick up on Sunday?
Possible arrangements may be made after inquiring with a manager.
Am I allowed to send my pet with their own belongings?
Absolutely! Feel free to send them with their favorite treats, toys, and/or bedding.
What kinds of dog kennels are there?
Our main kennels are fully barred, the largest being 5'06" x 4'10" and the smallest being 4'10" x 3'06". We also have solid doors to prevent chewing/clawing at the bars.
Is my dog in a kennel all day?
Dogs are taken out at a minimum of four times per day for potty breaks and play.
Do the dogs go out together?
Only if they pass the behavior assessment to make sure things are safe for everyone involved.
How large are the cat kennels?
All of our cat kennels are 3'09" in length, 2'03" in width, and 2'03" in height.
What kind of litter is used for cats?
Shredded paper.
