Boarding Vaccine Requirements

Dogs must be up-to-date on the following services unless given an exemption by a doctor:

Rabies
Influenza - Prevents the canine flu virus
DHPPV - Includes Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus, and Corona Virus
Bordetella - Prevents pneumonia development from kennel cough
Leptospirosis - Prevents bacterial disease transmitted by contact with urine
Fecal - Checks for parasites, must have a negative fecal result in the past 6 months
Flea & Tick Prevention

Round Lake feline boarding vaccine requirements

Cats must be up-to-date on the following services unless given an exemption by a doctor:

Rabies
DRCC - Includes Distemper, Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, and Chlamydiosis
FeLV- Protects against feline leukemia from other cats
Fecal - Checks for parasites, must have a negative fecal result in the past 6 months
Flea & Tick Prevention

If your pet had any of these services done at a different hospital, please fax or email their medical records to rlah@roundlakeanimalhospital.com prior to their stay.
