Jay has been part of the RLAH team since March 2024. Animals have been involved in their life for as long as they can remember, and when they're not serenading pets at work, they're taking care of pets in their neighborhood. Jay believes in making personal connections with their clients and will put in the effort to meet with their boarders' families, reassuring any worries about the pets being in safe hands |
McKenzie has been part of the RLAH team since July 2025. McKenzie graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor's in Animal Sciences before working as a kennel tech for Champaign County Humane Society and volunteering for CATSNAP, a TNR rescue. McKenzie looks forward to being able to give your furry family member the affection and attention they deserve while you are away. |
